This Payment Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made on CreativeStall.com (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Brickclay LLC, a company registered in the United States.
By purchasing any products, subscriptions, or services on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
General Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all payments made on the Platform are non-refundable by default once a transaction is completed.
Refunds may only be granted under limited circumstances as outlined in this Policy.
Payment Processing
All payments on the Platform are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe and other authorized processors
By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and policies of the respective payment provider and authorize charges to your selected payment method.
We do not store full payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by the payment processors.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
Subscription Payments
Eligibility for Refunds
- No downloads, credits, or services have been used
- Request is made within the current billing cycle
- No activity indicates usage of the subscription
Non-Refundable Subscription Cases
- Any asset has been downloaded or accessed
- Any credits or services have been used
- Subscription renewed due to failure to cancel
- Billing cycle exceeded refund eligibility period
Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.
One-Time Payments (Digital Products)
Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Incorrect billing amount
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction
Conditional Refunds
- Product materially differs from description
- Technical defect that cannot be resolved
- Product not downloaded or accessed
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind
- Personal dissatisfaction
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Wrong product selection after download
- Partial or full usage of assets
Refund Request Process
Users must contact support, provide order ID, issue details, and supporting evidence. Incomplete requests may be denied.
Review and Approval
All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. We may approve, reject, request additional info, or offer alternative solutions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Access and license rights will be revoked.
Chargebacks and Dispute Policy
Users must contact support before initiating disputes.
In case of disputes via Stripe or other processors, we may submit:
- Download logs
- IP and account activity
- Transaction timestamps
- Proof of delivery
By purchasing, you acknowledge digital goods are delivered instantly and usage voids refunds.
We may suspend accounts, revoke access, block transactions, and recover losses from fraudulent chargebacks.
Compliance with Laws
This Policy is governed by United States laws. Consumer protection rights, where applicable, will prevail.
Modifications
We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance.
