You must be 18+, provide accurate info, and maintain account security. 

Marketplace Role

We facilitate licensing. Creators retain ownership. 

License & Usage Rights

Content is licensed, not sold.

Permitted: Use in personal/commercial projects.

Prohibited:

• Resale
• Redistribution
• Template resale

Single-use license applies unless stated.

AI usage prohibited.

Payments

Payments processed via Stripe. User responsible for taxes. 

Refund Policy

All purchases follow Payment Refund Policy

User Responsibilities

Use lawfully. No misuse.

Creator Terms

Creators must own content. Earnings subject to commission.

Intellectual Property

Platform owned by Brickclay LLC. Content owned by creators.

Prohibited Activities

No piracy, scraping, fraud, or reverse engineering.

DMCA

Submit claims to info@creativestall.com.

Account Suspension 

Accounts may be suspended for violations. 

Service Availability

No guarantee of uptime.

Disclaimers

Platform provided as-is.

Limitation of Liability

No liability for indirect damages. 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the company. 

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party failures.
