Overview
The Personal Use License allows you to use CreativeStall assets for free, including in personal and limited commercial projects, while protecting CreativeStall from redistribution, resale, or marketplace misuse.
This license applies only to assets explicitly marked as for Personal use.
Grant of License
CreativeStall grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the licensed assets under the terms of this agreement.
No ownership rights are transferred.
Permitted Uses
You may, without any cost:
- Use the assets for personal projects
- Use the assets in commercial projects, including:
- Client work
- Marketing materials
- Websites and applications
- Internal business tools
- Modify or adapt the assets as needed
- Use the assets in multiple projects
Attribution is not required, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Client Work Conditions
You may use Personal use assets for client projects provided that:
- The assets are incorporated into a final deliverable
- The client does not receive the assets as standalone files
- The assets are not the primary value of the deliverable
Prohibited Uses
You may not, under any circumstances:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the assets as standalone files
- Include the assets in:
- UI kits, templates, design systems, or asset packs
- Marketplaces, stock libraries, or repositories (free or paid)
- Use the assets in products or services that compete with CreativeStall
- Allow third parties to extract or reuse the assets independently
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original assets
No Open-Source Rights
Personal Use License assets are not open source.
This license does not grant rights typically associated with open-source licenses such as MIT, Apache, or GPL.
Upgrade Path
If your use case requires:
- Redistribution
- Inclusion in templates or asset libraries
- High-volume commercial distribution
You must purchase or obtain a Standard Commercial License or other applicable license from CreativeStall.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Brickclay LLC.
This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.
No Warranty
The assets are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreativeStall and Brickclay LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the assets.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms.
Upon termination, you must cease use of the assets and delete all copies.
