Grant of License
Upon purchasing or otherwise obtaining a product from CreativeStall that is designated as being under the Standard Commercial License, CreativeStall grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the licensed assets in accordance with the terms below.
This license allows you to use the assets for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including client work.
Permitted Uses
You may:
- Use the assets in commercial projects, including client projects.
- Modify, adapt, or customize the assets
- Use the assets in:
- Websites and web applications
- Mobile applications
- Marketing materials
- Presentations
- Internal tools
- Digital products where the asset is embedded as part of a larger work
- Use the assets for multiple projects
- Use the assets for your own business or for clients
Client Work
You may use the assets for client projects without purchasing a separate license for each client, provided that:
- The assets are incorporated into a final deliverable
- The client does not receive the assets as standalone files
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or make the assets available as standalone files
- Offer the assets in marketplaces, libraries, or repositories (free or paid)
- Use the assets in products that compete with CreativeStall (e.g. asset packs, UI kits, template libraries)
- Claim ownership of the original assets
- Use the assets in a way that allows third parties to extract or reuse them as standalone assets
Ownership
All assets remain the intellectual property of Brickclay LLC.
This license grants you usage rights only. It does not transfer ownership of the assets.
Attribution
Attribution is not required, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
No Warranty
The assets are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreativeStall and Brickclay LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the assets.
Termination
This license is automatically terminated if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the assets and delete all copies in your possession or control.
